Security door RC4

Our MV6000 is a security-rated apartment door in class RC 3 according to EN 1627. It is well suited for indoor use in stairwells, providing protection against both fire and burglary. The door has fire class EI30. The door leaf is made of 1 mm steel sheet and has mineral wool insulation. The frame is made of 1.5 mm steel sheet. The door and frame are powder-coated in RAL9010 as standard, but are available as an option in any colour. The door meets the sound requirements from the stairwell of 40dB. Fire gas density according to Sa and S200 in accordance with SS EN 13501-2. Momec has a long tradition of building secure fire doors for use in marine environments. Do you have to think differently when building doors for industries, public environments and residential housing on land? The answer is no. Basically, steel security doors are reinforced fire doors. However, requirements, classifications and design needs are obviously different. But the job the doors have to do is the same. When you close them, they must protect what is inside – both people and valuable property.
