Fire safety
Momec’s fire doors meet the most toughest fire protection requirements in accordance with the international SOLAS (Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea) and FTP 2010. The core materials are non-combustible. The decorative surface finish has low smoke generation and low spread of flames. We have the approval of authorities and classification societies from all over the world.
Acoustic comfort
Momecs fireproof doors were originally developed to meet the increasing demand for acoustic comfort on board the transport ship. Our doors have now reached levels that meet reductions of airborne sound reduction of 28 dB up to 44 dB (lab value).
Decorative finishes
In rough weather at sea you really appreciate a warm and harmonious atmosphere on board. We have a wide range of different decorative surfaces, colors, patterns and textures. Choose from PVC films, RAL / NCS colors, stainless steel or laminate. This contributes to the almost endless possibilities to create a comfortable and functional interior board.
