Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. It also describes your rights and how you can enforce them.

What information is processed?

We need your personal data to be able to fulfil our agreements with and commitments to you. This can include your name, personal identity number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. These are stored by us in various data systems so that we can deliver products and services that you buy from us. In addition, the information is used so that we can make personally customized offers to you, as a customer. Processing is based on the agreement or customer relationship that arises when, for example, you place an order with us. Marketing material is sent to you as a customer based on either your express consent or a balancing of interests carried out by us. You can withdraw your consent to processing at any time and without explanation by contacting the company.

Where does the information come from?

Usually, the information comes directly from you and is collected in connection with your registration as a customer. We also receive certain information when you undergo a customary credit check with us.

What rights do you have?

The new law means that you, as a customer, have a number of rights. Among other things, you have the right to request a register extract sent to your home address with your personal information, such as name and contact details. You also have the possibility of having incorrect data corrected, and requesting erasure of the information after the contractual/customer relationship has ended. However, we cannot erase information that constitutes public documents or when there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting regulations.

If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, (formerly the Swedish Data Protection Authority).
